Information we process
We process account and business details, retailer deduction files, invoices, purchase orders, shipping records, trade agreements, claim records and service analytics needed to operate Mardood.
How we use it
We use this information to ingest documents, match deductions to evidence, generate claim packets, track statuses and deadlines, calculate fees, provide support, secure the service and improve reliability.
Retailer access
Mardood does not store retailer portal passwords. A portal submission can run only inside a session the customer authorizes at that time. Submission confirmations and screenshots may be stored with the claim record.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to operate authentication, infrastructure, storage, billing, analytics and support. Records are retained while the workspace is active and as needed for legal, billing, security and audit purposes.
