The service
Mardood provides software for retailer deduction ingestion, evidence matching, claim packet preparation, status tracking and recovery billing for US wholesale suppliers.
Your responsibility
You must have authority to upload the records and dispute the deductions. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source data, final claim review and compliance with retailer rules.
Findings and submissions
A finding is not a guarantee that a retailer owes money or will approve a claim. Unconfirmed rules and deadlines are marked for verification. Portal automation requires a customer-authorized live session and does not store portal passwords.
Fees
The free diagnostic has no fee. Recovery starts at 20% of recovered amounts, with the final rate agreed per engagement and invoiced after the retailer pays. Express starts at $500 per batch of 50 and is paid upfront.
